Boat House: $95/night $630/week*
Our Boat House is built from a 47' lobster boat and includes pine woodwork, bathroom, sofa bed, cable TV, and a semi-kitchen with mini bar, fridge, and stove. Enjoy breakfast sitting in a booth in the kitchen facing the Gulf of St. Lawrence. A private deck with table and chairs are at the back of the boat so you can relax and enjoy the serene environment and fresh sea air.
Standard/Double Occupancy: $75/night $490/week*
Our double rooms are equipped with a sink, cupboard and mini bar fridge as you enter, full bathroom, and your choice of a double bed or two single beds.
Efficiency Units: $85/night $560/week*
Our housekeeping units are equipped with a full kitchen, a living area with a double pull-out sofa, a four piece bathroom, and a bedroom with a double bed or two single beds.
*Weekly rates include a discount of $35.00 on the seventh night and is available based on double occupancy only.

Every room is furnished with TV/Cable, Wireless Internet, fridge, microwave or oven, and coffee.
